Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, the product must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all tags, accessories, and packaging materials
• Be in the same condition as received
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

• A wrong item
You may request a replacement or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product for verification purposes.
Once approved, our team will provide further instructions for the exchange or replacement process.

Refund Policy
Due to imported and specially sourced products, AARVELLE PARIS does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only replacement or exchange requests that meet our eligibility criteria will be accepted.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Live Video Before Shipping
For customer confidence, AARVELLE PARIS may provide a live video product verification before dispatch upon request.
Once the customer approves the product and the order is dispatched, standard replacement and exchange terms will apply.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully review product images, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order.
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for replacement or exchange.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For security and verification purposes, customers must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
• The sealed shipping package before opening
• The shipping label and package condition
• The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits
• The product received inside the package
Any claims regarding:
• Missing items
• Wrong products
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incomplete orders
will only be considered if a clear and continuous unboxing video is provided.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or investigation.
AARVELLE PARIS reserves the right to reject claims where the required unboxing video is not available or does not clearly show the issue being reported.
